Get More Tank ships products internationally via the United States Postal Service. Customers can choose a variety of shipping speeds at checkout, your shipping price is calculated by U.S.P.S and will vary based upon your location and shipping speed. The Get More Tank team will begin preparing your package as soon as we receive your order and will transfer your package over to the U.S.P.S as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. After your package has been received by U.S.P.S you will receive a tracking number via your email address indicated at checkout. Once your package is in the hands of the U.S.P.S, Get More Tank no longer holds any liability regarding your package in the event that it is lost or damaged. If you wish to inquire regarding the status of your package or report its loss or damage to it, you must do so through the U.S.P.S as Get More Tank cannot intervene with U.S.P.S in any way. Get More Tank will not replace your package in the event that it is lost or damaged once in the hands of the U.S.P.S.

At getmoretank.com we only accept returns on products which arrive back at our facility both unopened and undamaged. Refunds will only be processed once our facility has received your package and our team members have inspected the package, ensuring that it meets both of these criteria. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping an unopened and undamaged package to our warehouse facility in the event that you wish to make a return.
Furthermore, returns shall only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
